Dr. Jeff Hogans has been practicing for 25 years and has a special interest in laparoscopic surgery and endoscopic procedures.  His passion is to enhance the lives of people and their pets and he has been doing so at Harden Ranch Veterinary Hospital since 1993, when he and his wife opened the facility.

Dr. Jeff Hogans is a true local, born and raised in Carmel Valley, where his family bred champion Dobermans. As he grew up going to dogs shows, it’s no wonder that he pursued a path of animal care. Graduating with highest honors from University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Jeff Hogans loves being a vet.

Dr. Loly Hogans has been practicing for 25 years and has a special interest in ophthalmology, ultrasound, surgery, and internal medicine, . She loves being in a profession where she can be active, use her creative side, and learn something new every day, all while preventing disease and ending animal suffering. Dr. Loly Hogans has been pursuing her passion at Harden Ranch Veterinary Hospital since 1993, when she and her husband opened the facility.

After taking a career placement exam in high school and discovering that she had what it took to excel in veterinary medicine, Dr. Loly Hogans tried working at a local veterinary hospital. She was immediately hooked. Graduating in the top of her class from University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Loly Hogans has loved every step of her career.

Dr. Lisa Boczar
Dr. Lisa Boczar

Veterinarian

A native of Dearborn, Michigan, Dr. Lisa Boczar has cared for pets as an associate veterinarian at Harden Ranch Veterinary Hospital since 2001. Dr. Boczar previously practiced medicine at Durango Animal Hospital in Colorado from 1993 to 1999, Long Lake Veterinary Hospital & Sutton's Bay Veterinary Hospital from 1999 to 2000 and at Rogue Animal Hospital in Oregon from 2000 to 2001.

Dr. Boczar attended Northern Michigan University and Michigan State University, where she majored in Wildlife Biology and received her Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science in 1991. She graduated from the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine with highest honors and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. Her professional interests include dermatology and internal medicine.

Dr. Boczar shares her home with Sam, a Labrador/Hound mix, and two cats named Mothra and Drusilla. Her hobbies include running, hiking, biking, reading and solving puzzles.

Dr. Lannis Enriques
Dr. Lannis Enriques

Veterinarian

A native of the Island of Hawaii, Dr. Enriques assisted in the care of her father's bird dog and on her uncle's cattle ranch growing up. She received her bachelors degree from Colorado State University. In 2004, she received her D.V.M degree, also from Colorado State University.

Her practice interests include:  internal medicine, pain management and acupuncture.

Dr. Enriques likes to spend her free time doing outdoor activities  and has a growing family, currently consisting of 2 children, 2 dogs and 2 cats and a third child on the way.

Dr. Stephanie Liao

Veterinarian

While Dr. Liao has just recently joined the team at HRVH, she has quickly made herself part of the family.  Her professional interests include companion exotics, as well as imaging and cardiology.

When not working, she loves to create different forms of art, as well as reading and walking anywhere that there is greenery.

She currently shares her home with a black and white cat named Tega.
