Boarding

Pets are like our children—we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can't be there. We provide tender loving care (such as brushing and cuddling), and supervised outdoor play to keep them happy and active. Click here to make a boarding appointment.

Belongings

Harden Ranch Veterinary Hospital provides food, bowls, bedding and toys. If you do prefer to bring your own food at no extra charge, please provide only enough food for the length of your dog’s stay - individually-portioned meals work best.

Medications

We are happy to administer any necessary medications to your dog during their stay with us. If the medication is not in it's original vial or box, please provide instructions for administration and dosages along with the name of the medication. (Note: there is an additional fee for administering medications and treatments based on the frequency and type of treatment.)

Requirements

Boarding animals must be up-to-date on preventative vaccines. Canine companions are required to have Distemper/Parvo/Para-influenza, Bordetella bronchiseptica and Rabies vaccines. For our feline friends, an FVRCP and Rabies vaccine are required.

Drop off and pick up

We request that our boarders are dropped off no later than 5 pm. During drop off, please allow us at least 5 minutes time to set up your pet's sleepover area and make sure the appropriate information is submitted on the boarding intake form. On the boarding intake form, you can indicate what services you would like to have performed, including examinations, grooming TLC packages, and surgical services. Your pets should be picked up no later than 3 pm. Pet's which are not picked up within 30 minutes of closing time will be boarded another night and client will be responsible for additional charges.

Boarding during holidays

We require a $60 non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards your boarding invoice. If you must cancel, please give us 3 days notice. This deposit well then be applied towards future services, otherwise the fee will be forfeited as there is no guarantee we can fill your spot so close to the holiday.
